Foresite Group, a 2014 CE News Best Firm to Work For, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-starting, energetic, and innovative Traffic Engineering Project Analyst to join our growing Transportation & Traffic team. This analyst will work under the supervision of a Division Director or Project Manager. Interested candidates should be team players with a solid work ethic, looking to have fun and benefit from their work experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related degree
Experience: 1-3 years of industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Prepares plans and specifications for traffic engineering projects with relatively few complex features. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field including engineering formulas and skills. Organizes, designs, and details with the assistance of a technician to produce a complete set of drawings. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Researches and writes reports/opinions, including due diligence investigations and code studies. Utilizes various engineering related computer software.
Skills: Familiarity with Synchro and AutoCAD/Microstation and other related design software preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Possess strong writing and communication skills.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm; Friday 7:30am - 11:30am
